Printmaking allows me to bring together my passion
for colour, pattern and texture. I create surfaces
from paper, which become intricate and
multi-layered.
Shoes represent stages of growth and reminders of events, which mark the passing of time.Using multiple images of shoes and lacing, my work brings together many layers and associations.
I use the processes of collograph and screen printing. I use screen print to create patterns on tissue paper, the process of chine collee is then applied.
